I can’t find my tickets. What should I do?

Here is what you need to do if you have lost or cannot find your tickets.

1. Make sure the tickets were purchased from Eventfinda:

Login into Eventfinda and check your purchase history.

You can download any tickets you have purchased and print them again.

2. If you cannot login to your Eventfinda account:

You may have forgotten your password. If so, click here.

Perhaps you used a different email address to purchase tickets. Please check your email account spam/junk folder for emails from Eventfinda.

3. Check your bank statement to make sure your transaction was successful and the funds were debited from your account.

If your bank statement clearly shows your tickets were purchased from Eventfinda, then the most likely problem is that you entered the wrong email address during the transaction process.

Please submit a support request, including the event name, date, venue and number of tickets. Our support staff will hunt high and low for your tickets.
